SERVICES WE OFFER
$140 (55 minute session)
Individual psychotherapy sessions offer a focused time to explore areas where you feel especially stuck. Some clients will come to session with specific things they want to discuss. Other times, clients will lean on me to guide the session and assist in the self-exploration process. Both experiences are welcome. It is important you get your needs met. Individual sessions can be weekly or bi-weekly and combined with group psychotherapy.
$60 (90 minute session)
Process groups meet weekly to talk about ongoing personal road blocks, share progress toward goals, and develop new ways to relate to others. Groups are facilitated with a mental health focus. I encourage people to make a commitment to attending consistently in order for members to gain trust and familiarity. Some clients will attend both individual and group psychotherapy weekly.
Group size is generally 6 —10 members. Currently offering a Monday evening group from 6:30 — 8pm.
Chemical Health Assessment
$280 (90 minute session)
Chemical health assessments are often required/recommended by courts, lawyers, family members or employers. The purpose of an assessment is to explore chemical use amounts, frequency, related consequences (emotional, relational, vocational, etc.) and motivation for chemical use. After meeting, I will provide you with my evaluation findings and recommendation.
The assessment report is confidential and you can decide if you want to give it to outside parties. I believe my job is to advocate for your needs.
PAYMENT & POLICIES
I do not accept medical insurance directly. Each session is fee for service, meaning payment is collected at the end of each therapy session. Many clients utilize their flexible spending dollars, health savings account or medical savings account to pay for services. Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, and Venmo are accepted.
I believe keeping insurance companies out of the therapy process allows sessions to be less prescribed and more effective. Insurance companies require clinicians to focus on diagnosis, treatment plans and proving positive outcomes. I do not want to focus on building a case for why you need care. Your progress in therapy should be organic, personal, and completely confidential. This is why I have opted to leave insurance companies out of our work.
Sliding Scale Available
I offer a reduced rate for clients with low income or significant financial hardship. Please contact me for more information.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an individual or group session, I request that you notify me (via phone/text) at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments and cancellations with less than 24 hours will be charged the full session fee.
